Google Play Store Data Safety & Deletion Requirement

Google Play requires developers to provide a dedicated web link where users can request account and associated data deletion without requiring account access. Submit the request below or contact our Data Protection Team directly.

1. Data Deletion Policy Overview

In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy and Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), EGO Technology & Services JSC provides all users with the right and mechanism to request complete deletion of their user accounts and associated personal data across all EGO mobile and web applications.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases and cloud storage systems:

  • Account Credentials: Registered email address, phone number, encrypted password hash, and profile details.
  • Personal Identifiers: Full name, profile photo, job title, and organization affiliation.
  • Application Activity: Transaction history, uploaded attachments, media files, and custom app preferences.
  • Device Tokens: Push notification tokens, active session tokens, and device identifiers.

3. Data Retention & Legal Exceptions

Certain data may be retained temporarily even after account deletion, strictly where required by applicable laws or legitimate security operations:

Statutory Retention & Legal Compliance
  • Financial & Invoicing Records: Invoices, tax records, and payment transaction logs are retained for up to 5-10 years as mandated by statutory accounting and tax laws.
  • Security & Fraud Logs: System audit trails and security event logs are retained for up to 90-180 days for fraud prevention and system integrity purposes.
  • Anonymized Analytics: Completely anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for system optimization.

4. Processing Timeline & Steps

Account deletion requests follow a clear validation and purging procedure:

Step 1 - Submission: Submit your request via the online form above or email privacy@egojsc.com.

Step 2 - Verification: Our team verifies account ownership via email/SMS confirmation within 48 hours to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Step 3 - Data Purging: Upon confirmation, active data deletion commences and completes within thirty (30) calendar days.

Step 4 - Completion Notice: A final email confirmation is sent once all eligible data is deleted.
